Refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, and other minecraft stores.

It takes a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received your purchase, please contact our support via discord! Please note that if you have finished your payment using PayPal Direct Debit (also known as "eCheck"), it may take up to 10 business days for your payment to process. This is the time it takes for your financial institution to transfer the funds.
